Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and plan to stay enrolled after the summer
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred
• Must be a U.S. permanent resident or citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
• Proficient with basic MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proven leadership and business acumen
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to gain insight into branch operations
• Attend and/or prepare a sales presentation
• Develop a target account list and/or marketing strategy
• Learn selling skills and instrument use techniques with coaching/mentoring support
• Shadow and assist team members with delivery and warehouse tasks
• Interact with various teams concerning products
• Assist Sales and Field Operations Teams with special projects
