Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Intern, Ortho Sales in Denver to gain hands-on exposure to sales and operations within a medical technology setting. You will shadow Sales Associates and Operations Team Members, assist in warehouse activities, and help prepare a target account list and marketing strategy.

The role supports a summer internship track with opportunities to demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication, while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in related field; enrolled in degree program after summer.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Must be a permanent resident or U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to gain insight into the branch; Attend and/or prepare a sales presentation.
• Prepare a project segment that develops a target account list and/or development of a marketing potential or strategy.
• Learn selling skills, processes, and techniques with coaching from Sales team.
• Shadow and assist Team Members in delivering kits to and from accounts.
• Assist Team Members in warehouse in assembling and breaking down instrument kits.
• Interact with various teams concerning the products.
• Assist Teams with special projects as assigned.
