Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Intern in Ortho Sales in Chicago to gain hands-on exposure to medical technology and frontline sales operations. You will shadow sales and operations teams, participate in developing account strategies, and learn selling techniques with mentorship from experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related bachelor’s program; plan to continue in a degree-seeking program after summer.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Must be a U.S. permanent resident or citizen.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn branch operations.
• Develop a target account list and potential marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use through coaching from team members.
• Assist with warehouse tasks and kit preparation for surgery.
