The Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics Foot and Ankle team is seeking a Sales Consultant to support Minnesota. You will drive adoption of the F&A portfolio, educate surgeons and OR staff, and develop close clinical relationships to deliver value for surgeons and health systems.

Travel as needed, maintain ethical standards, and collaborate with Trauma partners to grow the F&A business in the assigned territory. A clinical or sales background and a valid US driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience OR Associates degree + 4 yr related experience
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr related experience such as F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive product
• Spearhead the selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and seek opportunities to increase sales with existing customers
• Educate and informs surgeons and hospital staff as to the proper use of our F&A portfolio
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators
• Case Coverage: maintain appropriate surgeon/resident contact and support during surgical cases
