Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in healthcare or sales, plus 3+ years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of selling products and services, including marketing tactics
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals beneficial
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments
• Availability to attend meetings outside standard hours
• Compliance with ethical and confidentiality requirements

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Act as Foot & Ankle expert for customers and provide training and guidance
• Manage inventory and materials for customers
• Travel to customer facilities and conduct product demonstrations
• Stay informed about competitors and product updates
• Participate in sales meetings and professional association events as required
