Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the United States is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to learn the medical device industry and contribute to the growth of the Foot & Ankle business in the assigned territory.

The role partners with Sales Representatives to cover cases, promote products, manage inventory, and attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate staff. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and work toward meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service
• Travel 20%

Responsibilities

• Learn the medical device industry and grow the Foot & Ankle business in the assigned territory.
• Partner with Sales Reps to cover cases and promote products in accounts.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product functionality and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop appropriate responses with the assigned Sales Representative.
• Assist in inventory management and processing Customer Purchase Orders for proper invoicing.
• Strive to meet and exceed business targets in collaboration with the Sales team.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher
