Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative to drive growth with surgeons and healthcare professionals across assigned territories. You will build expert knowledge of our Foot & Ankle products and deliver compelling demonstrations in fast-paced operating room settings.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, organization, and a customer-first approach, with compensation anchored by commission and performance bonuses. Field-based flexibility is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years of Sales Experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling methods, marketing tactics, and product demos.
• Excellent organizational skills and MS Office/databases experience.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons & hospitals.
• Comfort in operating room environments and after-hours meetings.
• Adherence to compliance, privacy rules, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for the customer base.
• Meticulously manage inventory and support customer needs in the field.
• Provide product advice and training on tools used to save lives.
• Travel up to 20% to meet customers and drive business.
