Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative in Buffalo, NY, to work field-based with surgeons and healthcare professionals who rely on high-quality Foot & Ankle products. You will become the resident expert, drive aggressive sales activities, and provide product training and support in operating rooms.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong organizational skills, and adherence to AdvaMed privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
• 3+ years of Sales Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of MSOffice suite and databases
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to participate in sales meetings outside regular hours
• Adherence to AdvaMed compliance and privacy standards

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience
• Drive strong field-based sales performance with high intensity and commitment
• Organize materials and provide quick solutions during operating room consultations
• Maintain and manage inventory of products and support customers as needed
• Build credibility through knowledge of competitors' offerings and product training
• Deliver product training and advise customers on tools used to save lives
• Contribute to meeting sales targets through travel and field activity (approx. 40% Travel)
