Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demos, and sales tactics.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office/databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfort working in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside normal business hours.
• Adherence to compliance and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for customers.
• Maintain inventory and support customers in operating room environments.
• Provide advice and training on products and tools.
• Travel up to 40%.
