Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, product promotion, and customer engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office/databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfort in operating room environments
• Willingness to participate in meetings outside regular hours
• Adherence to compliance and privacy regulations (AdvaMed)

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• As the product expert, engage a sophisticated audience with product demonstrations.
• Coordinate materials and solutions quickly during operating room consultations.
• Maintain inventory and be ready to assist customers as needed.
• Provide training and guidance on products and tools to improve outcomes.
• Stay informed on competitors and communicate value to clinicians.
