Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products or services including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the area would be beneficial.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours sales meetings and associations.
• Adherence to compliance and privacy laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Organize materials and quickly surface solutions during operating room consultations.
• Meticulously manage inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and competitors to build credibility.
• Provide product training and advice to customers to improve outcomes.
• Drive in the field and live the mission to change lives by selling Stryker products.
