Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative in Minnesota to drive sales with surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident expert in a fast-paced environment.

You will be energized by challenges, organize materials quickly in operating room consultations, manage inventory, and deliver training on products. The role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• 1+ years of Orthopedic sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of promoting and selling products, including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with office technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Manage materials and inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used to save lives.
• Maintain compliance with AdvaMed and applicable laws.
