Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative to drive growth in a field-based capacity. You will work with surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the go-to Foot & Ankle expert and delivering tailored product training to improve patient outcomes.

You will manage relationships, maintain inventory, and stay abreast of competitors’ offerings while aligning with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role
• 3+ years of Sales Experience - Preferred
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in MS Office
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
• Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) with privacy and integrity

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience
• Drive patient outcomes by delivering advisory training on products and tools
• Organize materials and quickly sort solutions during operating room consultations
• Maintain inventory and assist customers as needed
• Develop credibility through knowledge of competitors’ offerings
• Support sales through advice and training in products and tools used to save lives
• Operate with a focus on mission and customer impact in a fast-paced environment
