Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative in Minnesota to drive sales with surgeons and healthcare professionals in fast-paced operating room environments.

You will serve as the Foot & Ankle expert, maintaining strong product and competitor knowledge, and organizing materials for rapid problem-solving during procedures. This role emphasizes relationship-building, compliance, and meeting customers' needs through effective demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in healthcare or sales.
• 1+ years orthopedic sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and product demonstrations.
• Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable working in OR environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for customers.
• Organize materials and provide quick solutions in operating room settings.
• Manage inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Provide product and tool training to surgeons.
• Stay informed on competitors' offerings to build credibility.
• Drive sales in a high-intensity commission role.
