Stryker, a leading medical technology company, seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative in Albuquerque, NM. You will drive adoption of our Foot & Ankle products among surgeons and healthcare teams, delivering training and clinical support to optimize patient outcomes.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, requiring exceptional organization, relationship skills, and compliance with industry standards. This 100% commission role offers bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
• 3+ years of Sales Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in MS Office and databases
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to participate in sales meetings outside regular hours
• Adherence to AdvaMed compliance and privacy requirements

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Organize materials and solutions quickly during operating room consultations.
• Meticulously manage inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitors’ offerings to build credibility with surgeons.
