Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Foot & Ankle Sales team in St. Louis is hiring a Sales Consultant to grow the F&A HCP base in the assigned geography.

You will present and demonstrate our products, build clinical relationships with surgeons and OR staff, and support cases in the operating room as needed. The role requires the ability to travel, learn rapidly, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute the business plan and market strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience OR an Associate's degree with 4+ years' experience.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A, trauma, or orthopedics.
• Military transition experience is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, all new F&A products and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians and evaluators.
• Case coverage and support during surgical cases; OR personnel assistance as needed.
• Perform F&A field calls within the territory; on-call and ER support as required.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in specified geographies.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas via approved resources.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
