Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot and Ankle Sales Consultant to support the San Francisco, CA territory. The role focuses on growing the F&A product portfolio, educating surgeons and hospital staff, and maintaining clinical relationships with key stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute the business plan, meet sales targets, and ensure timely product delivery. This position is 100% commission with a bi-weekly draw and requires travel within the territory.

Formación

• Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience; or Associates +4 years; or Surgical Technician +6 years; or military transition.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support to surgeons and OR personnel as needed.
• Perform field calls and on-call/ER consultations for assigned accounts.
