Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Denver, CO is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to develop the F&A HCP customer base. You will present and demonstrate products, build clinical relationships with surgeons, and collaborate with the regional team to hit sales targets across a defined geography.

The role requires a strong background in orthopedics or trauma, a bachelor’s or equivalent, and willingness to travel. Commission-based compensation with a base, plus extensive benefits and growth potential with

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience or Associates with 4+ years’ experience, or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years’ related experience, or recently transitioned from active duty.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of the F&A portfolio and present proper use to surgeons and hospital staff.
• Sell F&A product portfolio to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgeries as required.
• Perform field calls in territory, including on-call and ER consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Maintain equipment and promotional materials and ensure timely product delivery.
• Meet business plan objectives and complete duties accurately and promptly.
