Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Long Island, NY, working with DePuy Synthes products. The role emphasizes building clinical relationships, educating surgeons, and driving territory growth across F&A portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a healthcare or surgical background, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet ambitious sales objectives while collaborating with regional sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR an Associate degree with 4+ years
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, all new F&A products and understand competitive products
• Spearhead the selling of F&A product portfolio to new accounts and seek opportunities to increase sales with existing customers
• Educate and inform surgeons and hospital staff as to the proper use of our F&A portfolio
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators
• Case Coverage: Maintain appropriate surgeon/resident contact with all prospects or newly converted customers.
• Perform F&A field calls for assigned territory and provide on-call/OR support as needed
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow and develop F&A business within specific geographies
• Inventory management: Maintain equipment and promotional materials for territory
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas
• Complete required administration and duties
• Accurately invoice customers for products
