Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Washington DC. You will build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, demonstrate product use, and drive new business while supporting existing accounts in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires strong medical industry knowledge, field sales experience, and ability to travel. A Bachelor's or related experience is required; candidates must be able to work in a lab/operating room environment

Qualifications

• Must learn and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• The F&A Consultant will maintain professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Willing to travel as needed and relocate to the territory.

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact and support during surgical cases.
• Perform field calls and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geography.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas using approved resources.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
