Johnson & Johnson seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support the North Jersey territory. You will learn the F&A portfolio, demonstrate products to surgeons, and help drive business in a hospital setting.

The role requires a strong patient/clinical approach, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the territory. A Bachelor’s or equivalent healthcare certification is preferred; 100% commission with a bi-weekly draw offers uncapped earnings.

Qualifikationen

• Learn and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures for the role.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times; report concerns.
• Communicate with supervisor about legal/ethical questions or concerns.

Aufgaben

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand products.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of our F&A portfolio.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgeries as required.
• Invoice customers for products and manage territory logistics.
