Job summary

Biocomposites is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Foot and Ankle for the US market. The ASM will work with Region Sales Directors, Product Specialists, and Business Development Managers to achieve F&A quota through identifying new specialty distribution partners, lead prospecting, managing and growing current distributor partners, signing up new hospital accounts, and servicing existing accounts.

Remote in Cleveland, OH or Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/medical device/biotechnology sales and marketing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of F&A distribution recruitment and management experience.
• A college degree is required; degree in marketing, business administration, or healthcare field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate a strategic F&A business plan for the assigned territory.
• Act as the key contact for Product Specialists, Regional Sales Directors, and Business Development Managers for F&A in the territory.
• Hire, train, and support independent F&A distributors for the sale and promotion of Stimulan & NanoBone.
• Develop and implement account plans for key accounts and distributor partners to generate strategic relationships that will result in sales.
• Deliver presentations and training to educate our Product Specialists, Regional Sales Directors, Distributor Representatives, and hospital personnel.
• Deliver selling presentations, including on-site product demonstrations to physicians and other health care professionals.
