Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This can be full or part-time and provides very flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is desired, and a SMILE is required!

Types of Foodservice Worker positions available:

• Culinary Team Members: Start your culinary career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry. Duties include plating, setup, teardown, assisting in kitchen prep, dishroom, inventory, and sanitation. Must have a strong work ethic, a SMILE, and enjoy working in a TEAM environment.
• Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present meals following our Executive Chef's menus. Assist with inventory, portioning, and kitchen prep. Experience or culinary schooling is preferred but training is available for passionate individuals.
• Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service): Ensure patients and residents receive quality in-room meals with excellent service and compassion, following dietary instructions under the guidance of clinical dietitian staff.

Skills and Experience

• Experience desired but open to training candidates passionate about food and basics.
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical skills for inventory and portioning.
• Willing to contribute wherever needed.
• Hospitality-driven attitude.
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
