Join Our Team as a Foodservice Worker at Metz Culinary Management

We are seeking enthusiastic Foodservice Workers to join Metz Culinary Management, a growing company passionate about food and service. We offer full and part-time roles, flexible schedules, competitive wages, benefits, and the DAILY PAY* option. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary and hospitality graduates to start or grow their careers in contract dining services.

Position Details

Hours: 20 hours per week, following the school calendar, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Pay rate: $12.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
• Hospitality experience preferred, but not required; a positive attitude and a SMILE are essential
• Flexible full or part-time schedules

Available Positions

1. Culinary Team Members: Assist in front and back of house duties, including plating, setup, teardown, prep, dishroom, inventory, and sanitation. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and a SMILE are required.
2. Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare meals following chef menus, inventory, portion ingredients, and assist in kitchen sanitation. Culinary experience or schooling is preferred but training is available.
3. Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service): Ensure patients and residents receive quality meals with excellent service, adhering to dietary instructions, and demonstrating compassion.
