Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for Rock Star Culinary and Hospitality Team Members who share our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking team members for full and part-time roles in a busy K-12 School Cafe setting. This is a great opportunity for Culinary Graduates!   • Culinary Team Members: Our Team Members start their culinary career learning the front and back of the dining services industry. In a hospitality-driven, multi-dining outlet setting, duties include plating, setup, and teardown of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assisting in the kitchen with prep, dishroom, dry stock, and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must have a strong work ethic, a SMILE, and enjoy working in a TEAM environment.
  • Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following our Executive Chef's menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Experience in resorts is ideal but willing to train passionate individuals.
  • Catering Team Members: Provide a fun atmosphere to showcase your hospitality and attention to detail by creating, transporting, setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet-style food displays for various events.
  • Cafeteria Substitutes: Work on an as-needed basis in a busy K-12 kitchen and dining café setting, performing duties including plating, setup, teardown, prep, and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE, and enjoy teamwork.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include a passion for food, willingness to learn, ability to handle inventory and portions, and a team-oriented attitude. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required. A SMILE and strong work ethic are essential!
