Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for Rock Star Culinary and Hospitality Team Members who share our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking team members for full and part-time roles in a busy K-12 School Cafe setting. This is a great opportunity for Culinary Grads! • Culinary Team Members: Our Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry. In a hospitality-driven, multi-dining outlet setting, duties include plating, setup and teardown of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assisting in kitchen tasks such as prep, dish room, inventory, and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE, and enjoy working in a TEAM environment.
• Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following our Executive Chef's menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Experience in resort settings is ideal but willing to train passionate individuals.
• Catering Team Members: A part-time opportunity to learn and grow, creating beautiful food displays and providing excellent hospitality at various events, from casual lunches to black-tie affairs.
• Cafeteria Substitutes: Working on an as-needed basis, performing duties such as plating, setup, teardown, and assisting in kitchen tasks. Must have a strong work ethic, a SMILE, and enjoy teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include a passion for food, basic inventory and portioning skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Hospitality experience is desired but not required.
