About the Job:

• Team Development: Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
• Operational Excellence: Complete inspections of facilities/equipment with the Store Director and third-party inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed (Weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights).

• Collected & Composed: Remain calm and collected under high-pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Flexible Schedule: Our 24/7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Foodservice: 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).

Physical Requirements

• The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. It also involves frequent reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. (All activities could involve up to 50 lbs.)
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
