Maverik, Inc. in Flora Vista, NM is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead a store team, ensure safe food preparation, and provide outstanding customer service.

You will train and mentor staff, oversee daily tasks, and maintain clean self-serve options while coordinating with leadership for inspections. The position requires 21+, a flexible 24/7 schedule, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule for 24/7 store operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to engage team members and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Collected and composed under pressure while delivering excellent service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to recognize issues and implement solutions.
• 2+ years of foodservice management experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification held or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching.
