Starting pay ranges from $21.40 to $23.40 per hour with growth opportunities. Candidates should have 2+ years of foodservice management experience and hold a ServeSafe Certification or be willing to obtain it.

About The Job

• Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
• Team Development:Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
• Facility Maintenance:Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
• Operational Excellence:Complete with the inspection of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching.
