Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales, sales management, or territory leadership.
• Experience in foodservice distribution, restaurant supply, or related B2B distribution preferred.
• Ability to generate new business and coach others to do the same.
• Experience developing salespeople and building accountable teams.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside sales professionals responsible for new business acquisition and existing account growth.
• Build a proactive sales culture focused on prospecting and expanding market share.
• Work with the team in the field to develop sales strategies and close opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales talent with clear performance standards.
• Manage district performance across revenue, profitability, customer retention, and sales activity.
• Analyze sales results and implement growth strategies.
• Develop relationships with key customers and collaborate with internal teams.
