Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a customer service representative to support order entries and inquiries for a diverse customer base. You will help keep customers satisfied as their distributor, handling orders, credits, and related administrative tasks with vendors and co-workers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inputting orders, credits, and invoicing details, assisting customers with problems, and attending training sessions. Sunday-Thursday schedule with listed shifts is provided.

Qualifications

• 6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area.
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Associate's Degree preferred
• 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems. Contact vendors and requests samples for customers.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned Sunday - Thursday Sunday: 7:15 AM - 3:15 PM Mon - Thur: 7:50AM - 5:00PM
