Job summary

Core-Mark in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support order entry and inquiries, ensuring customers are satisfied with Core-Mark as their distributor. This role emphasizes accurate data entry and timely communication with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include processing orders, credits, and invoicing; resolving issues; and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Day 1 benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of customer service, call center, or related experience.
• Experience in foodservice industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders and credits accurately and promptly.
• Update order and invoicing information.
• Assist customers with orders and problem resolution; contact vendors as needed.
• Provide professional assistance to customers, vendors, and team members.
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
