Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, merchandising or sales.
• Ability to drive to customer locations with personal transportation.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Willingness to travel as needed and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Execute company programs, racks, plan-o-grams, ordering and merchandising.
• Address customer needs promptly by phone or email.
• Find solutions with team assistance and support Sales Representatives.
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks and ensure freshness and correct pricing.
• Ensure plan-o-gram compliance, display opportunities, and proper labeling.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
