Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer contact, inquiries, orders, and compliance to MDAs and customer satisfaction.
• Grow share of wallet by meeting with customers, evaluating trends, and recommending products.
• Coordinate with FreshPoint CMU HOME team and maintain customer order guides and alerts.
