Job summary

Coastal Sunbelt Produce in Laurel, MD seeks an Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with mass-market retail customers, including grocery retailers, and to develop new accounts. This onsite role requires travel to customers locally and nationwide with travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; insurability standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred

Responsibilities

• Account management: Day-to-day contact for customers; handle inquiries; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Increase share of wallet with existing customers by meeting with customers, evaluating trends, and recommending products.
• Manage activities initiated by FreshPoint CMU HOME team including order guides, LTOs, Red Alerts, etc.
• Sysco360 CRM: use for account management, opportunity tracking, task management, and data maintenance.
• Ongoing training: Sysco360, Tableau Reporting, Penetration Tools, etc.
