Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Delphi, IN seeks an Assistant Director of Food Services (sous chef) to enhance dining experiences for residents. You will support meal service, food prep, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen aligned with sanitary standards.

The role requires leadership in the kitchen and flexibility to perform all duties in the food service department, contributing to a high-quality dining environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED/HSE.
• Experience in dining leadership is preferred.
• Experience as line cook, prep cook or sous chef is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Service Director with daily food service operations.
• Ensure compliance with all food service regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in daily meal service preparation and kitchen tasks as needed.
• Lead hands-on during meal service to support staffing and production.
• Assist with scheduling, recruitment, and labor management as needed.
