Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Food Services (sous chef) to help deliver high‑quality meals for residents in a welcoming setting. You will assist with meal service, food preparation, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.

You will work closely with the Food Service Director on scheduling, recruitment, and labor management while leading by example in a hands‑on kitchen role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Experience in dining leadership preferred.
• Experience as a line cook, prep cook or sous chef preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Service Director with daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Support staffing and meal production as needed.
