IU Health University Hospital is seeking a supplemental/PRN Food Service Worker to support meal preparation, plating, service and transport for patients, families, physicians and staff.
The position offers rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM with eligibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; prior food service experience is a plus, and ability to operate kitchen equipment plus physical endurance are required.

Schedule: Rotating shift hours. 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and/or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. Based on business needs.

Prepares, plates, serves, and transports food and supplies to provide a high level of satisfaction for patients, family members, physicians, team members, and the public. Responsible for timely, accurate, and courteous service. Responsible for associated sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety. Operates a variety of food service and computer equipment.
