Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Food Service Worker to support hospital kitchen operations in California. The role emphasizes accurate trayline setup, proper cleaning and sanitizing of cookware and utensils, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.

Flexibility to perform other duties as needed is expected to ensure smooth service. The position requires basic English literacy, ability to follow instructions, and the capacity to operate standard kitchen equipment

Qualifications

Licensures and Certifications: Food Handler's Certification from San Bernardino County Public Health Department required within 14 days of hire date.
