Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Findlay, OH to guide a team of associates, uphold guest experience standards, and drive sales through effective merchandising and operations. You will plan workloads, coach teammates, and ensure store standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Plan daily/weekly workloads and coordinate merchandising sets and promotions.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members; ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage tasks across departments and maintain signage and planograms.
