Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of menu items following established recipes and safety standards.

Report to a Food Service Director and work on-site in the jail. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18, and preferably prior institutional food service experience.

Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items following recipes and menus.
• Train other food service workers and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Report to the Food Service Director and work on-site inside the jail/correctional facility.
