Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to manage inmate labor and kitchen teams in a correctional facility, ensuring meals are prepared and served per menus and instructions. This on-site role requires capacity to oversee shifts and training of staff.

You will report to the Food Service Director and must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license. Previous institutional food service experience is preferred.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

• Oversee inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal times and according to procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook meals per recipes and portion sizes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Commit to duties as needed by the facility.
