Job summary

You will manage staffing, prep, and inventory, supervise associates, coach performance, and uphold safety and sanitation standards daily.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate with the General Manager and other supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Ensure location is stocked, prepped and staffed for daily operations.
• Oversee operational duties for quick service, safety, quality, and merchandising.
• Assist in daily prep and item list creation; delegate tasks as needed.
• Coach and guide associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
