Piada Group in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Supervisor to join the fast casual team. This hourly role leads Team Members, ensuring guests receive an authentic experience from the heart and helps manage daily kitchen tasks and labor across shifts.

You will follow recipes, maintain quality, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while developing future Supervisors and supporting additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Give our Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing our ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned
