SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Lead to supervise and support daily operations at our hospitality locations. You will ensure stations are properly stocked, prepped, and staffed, while guiding teammates to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences and maintain SSA safety standards.

Qualificações

• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with professional and upbeat demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Ensure location is stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation.
• Assist supervisors to keep restaurant and locations running smoothly.
• Support restaurant prep for daily operation.
• Follow safety, quality, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SSA safety rules.
• Respond to guest feedback to mitigate issues.
• Communicate issues to Restaurant Supervisor or Food Operations Manager.
• Stay knowledgeable on menu items, prices, and specials.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
