Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Associate in our Colorado locations to help deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences and support daily restaurant operations. You will assist in front-of-house and line prep, maintain safety and cleanliness, and participate in routine safety and sanitation practices to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences per SSA 452 Hospitality.
• Support restaurant prep for daily operation.
• Meet daily service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Maintain sanitation logs and monitor food temperatures, rotation and waste as necessary.
• Ensure proper uniform, hygiene, hand-washing and glove use.
• Communicate issues to Restaurant Supervisor/Operations Manager and respond to guest feedback.
