SSA Group in Colorado Springs is seeking a Lead Cook to support kitchen operations under Kitchen Manager(s) and Chef(s). You will ensure rapid, high-quality service and uphold safety standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include daily prep, line work, safety logging, and collaboration with the restaurant team to maintain an exceptional dining experience. Leadership and reliability are essential for this role.

Formación

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for guests and clients.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager(s) and Chef(s) to prep for daily operations.
• Meet daily quick service, food service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards.
• Ensure proper food quantities are set for daily and ongoing service.
• Maintain safety logs, monitor temperatures, rotation, and waste as necessary.
• Uphold safe food handling, hygiene, and SSAFETY rules.
• Assist with dishwashing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to company policies.
