Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of food items following menus and recipes, using a range of kitchen equipment and utensils.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. Prior institutional food service experience is preferred, and you will report to a Food Service Director on-site.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare and portion meals per recipes and nutritional guidelines.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Manage physical demands of the shift (lifting, bending, standing).
• Report to Food Service Director and work on-site inside a jail/correctional facility.
