SSA Group in Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Food Service Operations Manager to lead front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across multiple concepts. You will partner with the Food Service Operations Manager and General Manager to implement processes, supervise staff, and uphold SSA safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to articulate with client, GM and HQ.
• Proven leadership skills with focus on team building and development.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrates financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning and leadership skills.
• Flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest.
• Support implementation of systems, processes and policies aligned to SSA mission.
• Lead upcoming season planning for food concepts and equipment needs.
• Oversee payroll and controllable profit within guidelines; manage staffing levels.
• Coordinate training, orientation, and SSA safety compliance for staff.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness and timely vendor payments within terms.
• Maintain relationships with client staff and unit teams to ensure a positive working environment.
• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences and nutrition considerations.
