SSA Group is hiring a Food Service Lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring a warm guest experience and smooth service across food locations.

You will manage stocking, prep, and staffing, working with supervisors to keep the restaurant and related sites running efficiently. A strong focus on safety, quality, and guest satisfaction is required, with active participation in daily prep and feedback loops.

Responsabilidades

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Ensure location (or stand) is stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation, working with direct reports to fill as necessary.
• Assist supervisors with tasks to ensure the restaurant and other food locations run smoothly.
• Support restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meet daily quick service, food service, safety and quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards.
• Participate in safety logs, including food temperatures, rotation, and waste as necessary.
• Maintain SSAfe work environment by abiding to SSAFETY rules.
• Follow daily prep and item lists, as assigned.
